Shroom cloud latte

Ingredients:

  • 2 dl coconut water
  • 0.75 dl heavy cream
  • 0.25 dl thick coconut milk (or regular milk or oat milk)
  • 1 tsp Mind Avenue Focus Blend
  • 1-2 tsp agave syrup

How to make it:

  1. Mix the cloud: In a small jug or bowl, combine 0.75 dl heavy cream and 0.25 dl coconut milk (or regular milk if you prefer) with 1 tsp Focus Blend and 1-2 tsp agave. Give it a quick stir to dissolve the Focus Blend before frothing.

  2. Froth the cloud: Using a handheld milk frother, whisk, or electric mixer, froth the mixture until it becomes light, airy, and slightly thickened. It should look like a soft, pourable cloud rather than stiff whipped cream. Stop as soon as it holds a loose shape. If you froth it for too long, it becomes too heavy and it won't sit like a beautiful cloud over the coconut water.

  3. Fill a tall glass with a handful of ice and pour 2 dl of coconut water over. Slowly pour the coconut cloud over the back of a spoon onto the coconut water base, so it sits gently on top. Serve immediately and sip through the cloud.
