Astragalus is a widely used herb in traditional Chinese medicine for fortifying qi and enhancing immune function. Except its adaptogenic properties which help the body regulate stress levels and reduce fatigue, research also shows that Astragalus support the immune system by stimulating the production of white blood cells, which help fight infections and disease. The active compounds, such as astragaloside IV, have also been found to fight inflammation by inhibiting the activity of certain inflammatory enzymes and reducing the production of inflammatory molecules in the body. The herb also support heart health by lowering blood pressure and improving blood flow.

Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic herb traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries. Bacopa, also known as Brahmi, has traditionally been used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries. Some of the most well known research suggest that Bacopa has neuroprotective properties and enhances memory, learning ability and information processing speed. It is believed that improved memory happens through the plant's ability to increase the release of acetylcholine, which is a key neurotransmitter for memory and learning.
Research also show that Bacopa can improve attention and concentration, both in healthy individuals as well as those with ADHD. Bacopa increase the activity of certain neurotransmitters, such as dopamine and serotonin, which are involved in regulating attention and concentration.

Cacao is not only rich in antioxidants that protect against oxidative stress and inflammation, but also contain Theobromine which is a stimulant similar to caffeine, but with a less stressful impact on the nervous system. Theobromine, flavanols, phenylethylamine and anandamide in cacao makes it a powerful in boosting focus, memory and attention but also mood.
Our cacao is 100% Criollo cacao, a type of cacao considered to be of the highest quality in the world. It accounts for only 5-10% of the world's cacao production.

Chaga is a mushroom that grows on birch trees in cold regions like Russia, Korea and parts of Europe. It has been used in traditional medicine for centuries, particularly in China, Korea and Siberia for its potential to modulate the immune systeml. It is well studied for it's anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral and antitumor effects.

Cordyceps Militaris is a mushroom used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine. It is known for it's ability to boost energy and reduce mental fatigue by improving oxygen utilization and increasing ATP production in the body.

Lion's Mane support neurogenesis, which is process by which new neurons are formed in the brain, by increasing nerve growth factor (NGF) levels, a protein that is essential for the growth and survival of neurons. The mushroom have also been found to stimulate the production of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), another protein that is essential for the growth and survival of neurons.

Reishi is known as the mushroom of immortality and longevity, one of the most popular traditional medicines throughout Asia. It has been used for medicinal purposes for over 2000 yers. The attributed health benefits of Reishi include its modulation of the immune system, control over blood sugar levels, heart tonic, anti-inflammatory circulatory stimulant and a general health tonic.
Except its powerful effects on the immune system, Reishi is also classified as an adaptogen due to its ability to reduce cortisol levels in the body and thus help reduce stress, anxiety and improve sleep.

Stevia is a plant that produces a sweet compound known as steviol glycoside, which is commonly used as a natural sweetener. We add a very small hint of stevia extract to all blends to balance out the bitterness from the mushrooms. We use a Reb A extract of the stevia leaf which is considered to be one of the most potent steviol glycosides. Some research has suggested that Reb A may have additional health benefits beyond its use as a sweetener, such as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Trikatu is a traditional combination of ginger, long and black pepper. In Sanskrit Tri means three and Katu means pungent, so this is a combination of three pungents called Trikatu. Trikatu promotes appetite and aids healthy digestion. The active constituents present in Trikatu stimulate digestive enzyme responsible for healthy digestion. The herbs stimulate the liver to secrete bile which is vital for fat digestion and absorption. All three spices are hot in potency and effective against both digestive and respiratory illness.
