You can pause your subscription through the magic link which was sent to you via email right after you signed up for the subscription. Through that link you can access your subscription portal and locate the button that says "Pause my subscription".

With that link you can access your subscription portal and locate the section "Billing schedule". Scroll down to the specific delivery you want to skip and click "skip payment".

You can modify your subscription through the magic link which was sent to you via email after you signed up for the subscription.
Through that link you can access your subscription portal and locate the "Items" section. If you want to add a new product, click on "edit", then on "add item". Pick the blend you want to add. If you want to remove the existing blend, click "remove". Then "save".
If you add a new product to your subscription via the link, you will automatically receive a glass jar of this product in the first delivery.
To update address, locate to "shipping" and click edit. To update billing method, locate to "billing method" and click "edit".

You can make these changes directly through the magic link which was sent to you via email after you signed up for the subscription. Through that link you can access your subscription portal and locate the section "Billing schedule". Locate the planned payment and click "reschedule". Pick your desired day and time and click "save".
As of now, the portal can only reschedule specific payments, and not the whole billing schedule. If you want to change the billing day on all your future orders, please send an email to hello@mindavenue.co.
