Add 1 tsp to your cup, pour in hot water and whisk well. Add milk if desired. Also goes perfect in a smoothie. Our favorite is to pour hot water to 75% of the cup and fill the rest with steamed oat milk, barista edition.

Earthy taste with a tiny tone of bitter. We added a small hint of stevia extract to balance out the bitterness from the mushrooms and herbs.
